(GSoC) Google Summer of Code Awareness Session

The Google Summer of Code, which is commonly referred to as GSoC, is an annual event organized by Google for university students of 18 years of age or above. The participants are expected to complete a requested free and open-source software project within the given time period, which usually falls during the summer. We at SLIIT FOSS Community highly support the usage and development of free/open-source software. Hence, we organized an event to give SLIIT students a broader understanding of what really happens at GSoC, the recognition that they can get and how this could be a turning point in their carrier and life ahead.
